Our Processes
Transfers
Heat Transfers printing is a newer decoration method, but it come along way of iron decals of old.
With Vinyl Transfer you place a roll of coloured vinyl into the plotter machine, once you have set the design. (Mainly 1 colour) on your artwork file, just using outline by pressing print machine, use a large pointed knife, will move around the paper will cut out the design back to front. Once cut out you weed out the excess thats not required, the placed onto the garment and pressed using at heat seal machine at 160 degrees. Once cooled the backing is peeled away to leave the design adhered to the shirt.
Embroidery
Our most popular method of branding is custom embroidery. Embroidery is a hardwearing, good quality way to show off your brand identity on your team’s workwear, incorporating many colours at no extra charge. We can offer bulk workwear orders, which you can order online for UK delivery or in person pick-up.
We offer an in-house digitizing service for setting up your custom embroidery logos. They are then tested by our embroidery department and once these have passed quality control, we then send a proof to you for approval, via email or UK post, ahead of full production of your order.
Our personalised embroidery service is ideal for shirts, polo shirts, T-shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces and caps. The most popular position for embroidered designs and logos is the left breast, but other positions such as right or left sleeve, nape of neck or large back are also used. Large back embroideries are subject to the design and final stitch counts.
Screen Printing
Our automated screen-print machine allows us to print up to a 6-colour logo (dependant on garment colour), in a number of positions. Front or back are the most popular positions for logos to be printed on T-shirts, however other positions are possible, subject to garment and logo. our automated screen-print machine are able to print up to 40,000 prints per month.
Pricing for our screen printing service is based on the number of colours required and the overall number of T-shirts or garments required. A screen is required for each colour in the logo design, at an affordable cost per colour. A base setup screen is also required for dark colour garments, so the colours shown are true and not muted due to dark coloured garments.
